Terms of Service

PLEASE READ THESE TERMS CAREFULLY BEFORE PURCHASING OR ACCESSING ANY COURSE, PROGRAMME, OR DIGITAL PRODUCT PROVIDED BY CHAMPION PRIDE EQUESTRIAN.

1. Who We Are

These Terms of Service govern your use of the Sovereign Academy digital platform and all courses, materials, assessments, and certifications made available through it. The platform is operated by ZOS Creative Ltd (trading as Champion Pride Equestrian), a company registered in England and Wales.

2. Definitions

‘Platform’ means the Sovereign Academy digital learning environment hosted at sovereign.championpride.com.

‘Course’ means any digital programme, module, or curriculum made available for purchase on the Platform.

‘Student’ means any individual who has purchased and been granted access to a Course.

‘Content’ means all text, video, audio, assessments, protocols, frameworks, and materials available within a Course.

‘The Sovereign System’ means the proprietary methodology, vocabulary, frameworks, and protocols developed and owned by ZOS Creative Ltd, including but not limited to the Neurochemical Contract, the Liquid Dish model, the 12-Week Recode, the OBI system, and all associated terminology.

3. Purchasing a Course

All Course purchases are processed through secure payment infrastructure. Prices are displayed in GBP inclusive of applicable VAT. By completing a purchase, you enter into a binding contract with ZOS Creative Ltd for access to the specified Course.

Access to Course Content is granted immediately upon confirmed payment. By accepting immediate access, you expressly request that delivery commence before the end of the 14-day statutory cancellation period under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.

As delivery commences upon access, your right to cancel and receive a full refund under statutory provisions is waived at that point. This does not affect your statutory rights in respect of faulty or misdescribed goods or services.

4. Refund Policy

Where access has not yet been granted, you may cancel your order and receive a full refund within 14 days of purchase by contacting equus@championpride.com.

Where Course access has been granted and content has been accessed, no refund will be issued. This applies to all digital Courses.

In the event of a technical failure on our part that permanently prevents access to purchased Content, you will be entitled to a full refund of the purchase price.

Champion Pride Equestrian does not issue partial refunds for partially completed courses.

5. CPD Accreditation

The Coach Certification track of the Sovereign Academy holds CPD accreditation. The Ex-Racehorse Retraining track and the Performance Programme track are not CPD accredited. A CPD certificate is issued upon successful completion of the Coach Certification track only.

CPD accreditation does not constitute endorsement by any national governing body, including but not limited to the Hurlingham Polo Association (HPA) or the British Equestrian Federation (BEF).

CERTIFIED SOVEREIGN OPERATOR status is granted solely by ZOS Creative Ltd and is governed by the licensing terms set out in the Intellectual Property Notice.

6. Acceptable Use

Course Content is licensed for your personal educational use only. You may not:

  • Share, redistribute, resell, or sublicense any Course Content
  • Record, screenshot, or copy video or written materials for external use
  • Use Course Content to develop, train, or commercialise a competing methodology
  • Claim authorship or ownership of any element of The Sovereign System
  • Represent yourself as a Certified Sovereign Operator unless an active licence has been issued by ZOS Creative Ltd

Breach of these conditions will result in immediate termination of access without refund and may result in legal action.

7. Disclaimer — Not Veterinary Advice

All Content is provided for educational purposes relating to equestrian sports science and rider biomechanics. Nothing within the Sovereign Academy constitutes veterinary advice, diagnosis, or treatment. You are solely responsible for the welfare of any animal in your care and must consult a registered veterinary surgeon for clinical concerns.

ZOS Creative Ltd accepts no liability for injury to horse or rider arising from the application of Course Content without appropriate professional supervision.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ZOS Creative Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of the Platform or Course Content, including but not limited to loss of revenue, loss of data, or personal injury.

Our total liability to you in respect of any claim shall not exceed the purchase price paid for the relevant Course.

9. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Students by email. Continued use of the Platform after notification constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
