Contact and Enquiries
The contact form collects your name, email address, subject and message, together with a submission date and an enquiry reference. We use these to reply to you and manage your enquiry. Our lawful basis is legitimate interests in replying to enquiries and maintaining a record of our correspondence.
Guide Requests
The guide-request forms on Home and Guides collect your email address and the guide you request, together with a submission date and reference. We use these to record and fulfil your request. Our lawful basis is consent. You may withdraw consent at any time through an unsubscribe link in any subscriber email or by emailing us.
Newsletter
The footer Join form collects your email address, together with a submission date and reference. We use it to send the updates you request. Our lawful basis is consent. You may withdraw consent at any time through an unsubscribe link in any newsletter or by emailing us. Requesting a guide does not by itself sign you up for the newsletter.
Technical Data
Our hosting and database services process technical information needed to deliver and secure the website, such as IP addresses and request information. Our lawful basis is legitimate interests in operating a reliable, secure website.
Who Processes It
Lovable provides the site's hosting and managed database service, Lovable Cloud, using database infrastructure supplied by its database provider. Resend sends enquiry notification emails to our team through Lovable's email connector. These services process data to operate the website, store submissions and deliver email.
Our founder video is hosted by YouTube. Its privacy-enhanced player loads only when you choose to play the video. YouTube then processes the information needed to provide that video under its own privacy terms.
We do not use analytics cookies. Purchases, enrolment and account services take place on sovereign.championpride.com under that site's own privacy notice.
International Transfers
Where a processor stores data outside the UK, we rely on UK adequacy regulations or the UK International Data Transfer Agreement/Addendum.
How Long We Keep It
We keep enquiries for 24 months after our last contact. We keep newsletter and guide subscribers until you unsubscribe, then remove them within 30 days.
Your Rights
You have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and data portability, where applicable. You may withdraw consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal.
